There are certain vegetables that have the primary components to add some extra excitement to the bedroom that may not be knocking anymore.

Vegetables high in Vitamin E have the ability to boost sex hormones making your sex drive a bit much to handle for your spouse or significant other.

Vegetables high in Vitamin A have the ability to make your internal sexual organs more lubricated making it that much more enjoyable during a sizzling night in the

    I spoke with a Nutritionist about this information and she informed me that the vitamins, in which you can look up on Wiki, contribute to certain factors in the body.

    Well, any fruit or vegetable that has natural sugars is known to increase energy and performance. I thinks that’s why the FDA urges people to stick to the food guide pyramid.

    As for celery, I thought that was interesting. The pheromones that it releases are “androstenone and androstenol”.

    Carrots contain Vitamin A which is of course known to turn the skin orange eaten in large amount but, the components of Vitamin A effects the keratinized skin cells in your body that affect the acids on your skin, there by creating a layer of protection on the outward layer of cells on the skin.

    The problem is, we wash away the acid every time we shower however, if you don’t mind not showering for day the body will be that much more juicy so to speak. Kind of gross. lol
